About Me: Debbie Sutter is our Vice-president. She is very organized and knows how to handle the paperwork. She handles so much at the shelter - from adoptions to making sure the dogs get to their vet appointments on schedule - among other things to numerous to say! There is a large list of what she does and we are all thankful to have her involved with the RCHS. If their is something that needs to get done now, she always will make it happen.
