Louella Willey - Volunteer

About Me: Louella has been a volunteer since the beginning of 2009, she works the day shift, and has a passion for the animals and knows what makes each and everyone of them tick, she makes it a point to learn each and every one of the dogs and cats, what kind of food, how they act, if they are sick, or just not feeling well, and reports it back to the President / kennel manager, she is always willing to give 100 %, and them some, this is what it takes to make a very special volunteer, you have to get to know each and every one of the shelter animals, because each one is different in their own way, "you need to know what makes them tick", their likes and dislikes, that's how you gain trust in each one!, my motto is....Bleach & Clean, don't leave anything behind! Louella has 3 dogs and 2 cats of her own that are a big part of her life, she loves her animals very much, and spending time with them after her day at the shelter helps me realize how lucky I am to be a part of the shelter crew.
